We have AIR

Well it finally happen... We replace our A/C and heater... David and Greg (a friend of Davids who is an A/C person) worked all day Saturday on pulling the old out and putting the new in... it is huge compared to what we had :) Fathers day was very mellow... We went to lunch with Trey and his girlfriends family good food and good company. Then we came home and waited for Kyle to get home from Jarretts ( he went with Chery and Maegan so yes he bailed out on helping Saturday) then we went to Heather and Chris' I have not been there very nice home and neighborhood.. the park is at the end of their street and the pool is not to far. The twins are growing and doing so well. Heather cooked for the first time all by herself she had been up since 5 am and had the 4 kids by herself what a woman. Amy is coming to help me finish Treys room this afternoon...woo hoo....

School is OUT...

It is hard to believe, Matthew is married and off in Hawaii, Kyle is a Sr. and Trey is a Jr. WOW... Kyle has a new job on the horizon I am praying he gets it... it will be at Lowes working from 5 am to 2 pm Monday thru Friday hopefully it works out. Trey is applying at a new place here called Kart Track he has an interview on Wednesday so hopefully that will work out for him as well. Kyle did OUTSTANDING on the TAKS test.. although he has to retake several he was very close to passing which is wonderful consdiering the "No child left behind law" really screwed him (sorry about the language but that is as nice as I could put it). David's sister Susan and her daughter and possibly Davids brothers daughter Allie are coming for a month in June thru July. Kera will be home on the 20th thur the 9th. We are so excited to get to see and visit. David is being a good hubby and helping me get the house ready for company :) Well better get back to work.

IT HAS BEEN A YEAR

I was setting me a new background for my computer and I came across some pictures of Matthew... oh my what a year it has been.. We are so proud of him. When I think back to when these pictures were taken and what has taken place in our lives since, I am overwhelmed. Our family has seen Matthew graduate high school, join the Army, graduate from bootcamp, go to AIT, get engaged, graduate AIT, get married, and leave for Hawaii.... all in the last 12 months. I am so proud of him and all that is on is plate and the way he handles himself. I had dinner with one of my best friends I call her my voice of reason , I love her for that. We had great conversation and got to catch up on each other lives. It always feels good to catch up with her. She helped me resolved some issues and I feel so blessed to have her in my life.

Kyles new ride

Well Kyle got a new ride it is a Ford Explorer older one not sure how old but it looks good. He is doing GREAT in school.. but ready to be done I keep telling him it is not so much fun to grow up..Trey is recovering one day at a time as well as I am.. David is just tired ...it makes me laugh. He goes on a golfing trip every year around this time and he is exhausted when he gets home and then he thinks I have Sunday off I will rest oh no I decided to paint Treys room it took 3 gallons of paint and 2 days and I still have to go do the trim , hopefully we will get some rest this weekend..

Trey

I can't say to much or I will loose it but, Trey totaled his Honda Saturday evening... Think God he was not hurt to bad. His knees are swollen and brused, but the important thing is that he is ok. The bad if there can be anything worse is I saw all of it in my rearview mirror, so I cannot close my eyes without seeing it all over again and again. I know we are truely blessed that he is ok and I am praising God for that..oh yea David was out of town. I am still praising God Trey is ok. I will fill in details at a later date when I can without crying and feeling like I need to puke(sorry about that).

Matthew and Kera have a House

Matthew and Kera got there house it just sound perfect for them. Two stories bedrooms upstairs, it seems real nice when he was telling me about it. They will have loaner funiture until theirs gets there (hopefully soon than what they were told). The volacano was going so they have VOG where we have SMOG so he was very stuffy but he sounded better yesterday. All is good David leaves this afternoon and that means GIRLS NIGHT FOR GRAYS at my house and whatever else we want to do :) see ya there!!

It is been over a month!!!!

The wedding was just beautiful and perfect for the bride and groom, just as it should be. Matthew and Kera got to Hawaii just fine, now they wait for their stuff to arrive and wait on housing all should come together no later than June 9th but will I am sure it will happen sooner(we are praying). Kyle is doing well in school just got a way to go note from on of his advisors saying he is doing very well in school, he bought a boat with a friend and that has kept him busy when he is not at school or work. Trey is in love and working, but football spring training starts at the end of this week, hope he can keep up the pace he has going. His girlfriend Lindsey trashed his room with silly string, confettiti and glitter. It was to funny and I think Lindsey and her friend had a good time doing it. David is out of town Thursday thru Saturday, I just won't know what to do with myself if the boys have to work all weekend. I guess it is what empy nest will fell like :( I am sure I can do some laundry or cleaning. I feel like I should be taking a trip to my moms since that is what I have done for the last 6 months about every 3 weeks and I have not been there since March 28th. wow it has been a month !!! I would like to say I could not have made it thur all the wedding things without the support of my family and friend. Thanks to all of you for everything you did to make the rehearsal dinner wonderful :) You all rock..
