Time is flying by...

Matthew and Kera made it here safely but exhausted. We had dinner with them a few times which was very nice and they blessed us with coming by before Matthew went back. Kera stayed a week longer but from what I heard she was sick so we did not get to see her :(. Kyle Amy, her kids and I all loaded up for San Angelo on Thursday afternoon for a long weekend. It has been very fun. Shawna and her kids left earlier on Thursday so they were here too.. the kids had a blast and got into the pool burr. Kyle was helpful with straighten the basement at moms (I just really love to do that). He went back with Shawna today and we will leave tomorrow. We have so much fun together we need a sisters and mom trip sometime soon :) Now I am planning David's 45th birthday in March. It is amazing to me when I think of the the first time I met him he was 20 I was 16. That will be 25 years ago in June when we first met.I really want to do something special for him. Against all odds and all kind of trials, I love him even more than then. I have really been blessed with the husband I know God hand picked for me. He has been so much for me he has rescued me, love me when I did not deserve it, and held me thru all kinds of times. Anyway will be back home tomorrow.

Pray for Kera and her family.

Matthew and Kera are on there was to Texas... Her g-grandmother has passed away(I think... she had a stroke a was not expected to make it). Thanks to some very kind hearted people who paid for there tickets they are able to come and be with her family during this very sad time. I am not sure of the details but they left a midnight Hawaii time and will be here sometime around 6 tonight. This brings back memories for me from 1991.. David and I with 2 very young children and me prego with #3 just moved to Baton Rouge and I get a call my grandfather had passed I did not even know how to get to San Angelo from where we were so we just packed and headed west.. exactly 2 weeks later we get another call Davids grandfather had passed so we pack again and head north both trips were 12 hours plus. I don't know why I felt I should share that with you but I did.. I guess because it reminded me of the feelings I had being so far away from home.. anyway please say a pray for them.

Merry Christmas

Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas. Please pray for our neighbors their house burned Sunday morning. If you have any household items you are not useing and would like to donate to them you can drop it off at our house and I will make sure they get it. Blessing to you all.

Ok I am really trying

I am really trying to keep my ugly past behind me (Christmas 1999) but it seems like every time something very small happens at this time of year I loose it... Yesterday was a terrible. It started with Treys truck starter($80 our cost crazy) going out at the donut store which made him miss detention from last week when he was late and got into trouble. Thanks to my dad being here, it did get fixed, I could not have made it happen with out him, what a blessing he is here. Kyle gouged out a chunk of skin trying to help with Treys car. Then I was cooking dinner a new recipe which we were all looking forward to and if fell off the counter and broke the 9X13 deep dish baker it was in.. I lost it crying and wanted to go sit in my room with the door locked until Jan. 1st... I really try to not think about the past but when things go bad my mind is so mean to me with the thought of 1999.. I know that was a blessing in the end but the feelings are still there every year and the fear. I pray them away. My stomach is doing flip flops. I know that we are not given anything we cannot handle so I will find the blessing in all this. Dad was here to help with Treys truck huge blessing... David brought home dinner blessing... Kyle did not need to go to the ER(well he could use a butterfly band aid) Trey cleaned up the mess in all over the floor and did all the dished. I am blessed :)

Gaylord Texan

I feel so blessed to have found the job I did in October. The company Christmas party was at the Gaylord Texan, it started at 6 to go through the ICE very neat then open bar and appetizers, then off to the steakhouse in the hotel.. so much yummy food... and more drink :). David and I had a terrific time and he said he can tell why I really like working there. I was fun time and my sweet boys stayed home so I could enjoy myself and I did... David left Sunday at 1 for Minnesota burrrr it is like 7 degrees there yuck. Last night David's mom called and told us they put his dad in the hospital so pray he recovers quickly and gets to come home and pray for my mother-in-law. My dad arrives today so I have my fix it list ready ;).

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KERA!!!

Today is my daughter-in-laws 20th Birthday. I am giving a big shout out to her from Texas to Hawaii... HAPPY BIRTHDAY KERA! I pray for her to have a blessed year.. Thanksgiving seemed to be good for all my CREW :) Matthew and Kera got moved, Kyle played hard on his vacation...out very late, and Trey had a great time in New York he did say the balloons that are in the Macy's parade don't seem as big as they look on TV, they were on the corner of 43rd and Broadway so they saw it all. David's back is getting better finally and thank goodness, he leaves next Sunday for Minnesota burrr. until next time peace out!!!!

David seems a little better this morning ususally I would not know this because he gets up so early but today we were all up. Trey is on his was to New York City.. should be there about 11 our time. Matthew called and they are finally moving and he was so happy that it was finally happening, I have a new address for him Matthew and Kera Boettcher 163 Thomas Jefferson Ct.Unit 201 Wahiawa, Hi. 96786. Kyle will be an only child for 5 days... I got an email from his speech teacher and she said he did very well on his speech today and she will be working with him so he can eventually do it in from of his class. Yea Kyle :) I will be working all day today I am helping out so all the faxes will be done thru next Monday extra $$ too. I have no idea what time I will be home tonight and I have been up since 5 am so I will be spending my extra $$ on Starbucks... May your Thanksgiving be a blessing.
